Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to our Return Policy).
Blessed Orders: Because our Temple Blessing service involves dedicated logistical coordination and personalized spiritual services, orders that include a temple blessing cannot be cancelled once the blessing process has been initiated (typically 12 hours after order placement).
