Due to the intimate and sacred nature of blessed jewellery, **we do not accept returns on items that have undergone the Temple Blessing service**, unless the item arrives damaged or materially defective.
**For Unblessed Standard Items:**
* We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.
* To initiate a return, contact our support team with your VARDA-XXXXX order ID.
**Damaged Goods:**
If your piece arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
